I’m a bit perplexed by this sudden turn of events, because just a few short months ago, officer Robert Collins was offering to drag an old woman, handcuffed through the city highrise, she lives in, for what he called “Theft by deception and Bad checks”, after she was a victim of crime in the same manner that now the WBPD is now warning us about.

Robert collins is Corrupt and racist he goes after white kids specifically and ALWAYS attempts to provoke people by disrespecting them and putting them down. I told him i was going to therapy to help me get back to work and he laughed and said "that's nothing" your "doing nothing" he goes after the poor and the weak and likes playing the power trip.
