For those of you still reading this RAG (The Citizens Voice) I’m hoping you’re not as dumb as they (the editorial board) thinks you are.
In their fast dash to push a Good O’l Boy, (Eddie Day Pashinski) they (The Citizens Voice)
stated:
State House in the 121st District
Now in his second term, state Rep. Eddie Day Pashinski, D-Wilkes-Barre,
has grown into the role of a state legislator.
The retired music teacher is plain-spoken, informed and unafraid to
point out the inconsistencies in what passes for conventional wisdom in
Harrisburg.
In his interview with The Citizens’ Voice Editorial Board, Pashinski
bucked political trends by opposing H.B./S.B. 76, which would replace school
property taxes with increased income and sales taxes, and offered the most
astute analysis as to why the bill would not work and why it will likely fade
away once election season is over.
His opponent, Libertarian Betsy Summers, has a good grasp of the issues
facing Pennsylvania and firm ideas about how to address them, but her views
have little widespread appeal.
Pashinski is a good fit for the 121st District and deserves a third term.
WAKE UP CITIZENS VOICE
Pashinski was first elected to his perch in 2006 defeating Christine
Katsock, and took office in 2007 as stated on the states website, and as this
is ONLY a 2 year term, his cycle would be as follows:
ELECTED TERM PERIOD Pashinski’s Term for CV
2006 07-08 1
2008 09-10 2
2010 11-12 3
2012 13-14 4
2014 15-16 5 if he wins
In all fairness to the Citizens Voice, it’s easy to mistake how long
Mr. Pashinski has actually been in Harrisburg, as he's done so LITTLE for the people he represents.
Re-electing Pashinski is like hiring the Invisible Man as a door greeter at
Wal-Mart.
From the comment section of the Citizens Voice
Mike Barnes has the RIGHT idea.
Don’t be as dumb as the Voice: VOTE 4 Betsy Summers, and get rid of the
do nothings like Eddie Day Pashinski…..
